The CNC 3-Axis Control Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink Seam Welding Machine utilizes roller electrodes instead of traditional cylindrical spot welding electrodes. This advanced method produces sealed welds with overlapping molten cores as the workpiece moves between the rollers, ensuring strong, consistent welds.
This system features a medium frequency inverter welding power source and large flat platform for precise positioning. Servo motors drive the X-axis (locating mold) and Y-axis (welding electrode) according to pre-programmed PLC data. The welding electrode can rotate 360° under servo motor control, making it suitable for welding products at various angles.
This specially designed machine grinds and polishes seams after welding operations. Typically purchased together with the welding machine, it completes the kitchen sink production process. The CNC sink grinding machine operates on an abrasive belt polishing principle, with the belt driven by an electric motor to polish welded sink edges.
The polishing process involves two stages: first, a coarse abrasive belt removes redundant cutting edges and projection welding spots; second, a fine abrasive belt performs the final polishing treatment. This two-stage process ensures high-quality surface finishing that meets sink manufacturing requirements.
